Over the last three years, Bath & District Business Crime Reduction Partnership has worked with professional security guards, supplied by R S Security.

 These security guards provide an additional security service to over 100 Bath city centre retail and business members and are known as the Bath City Marshals.

 They are the first in the UK to be employed in this role through a private Business Crime Reduction Partnership and have become the benchmark for other BCRPs to follow.

R S Security has supplied them with a smart uniform branded with the Partnership logo and Bath City Marshals act not just as additional security, but as ambassadors to everyone they encounter in the streets of Bath city centre.

 The Bath City Marshals have become the face of the Bath & District Business Crime Reduction Partnership and have proved to be an excellent additional service to members, working closely and cooperatively with partners, Avon & Somerset Police and Bath & North East Somerset CCTV.

 They are managed and briefed daily by the Partnership Co-ordinator and have been instrumental in helping achieve many controlled shoplifting stops and deterring of anti social behaviour. They work to a strict protocol which every Partnership member has been given.

The quality of the personnel provided by R S Security has been exemplary and for this specific and different role, well chosen for consideration.

I have been using RS Security to provide door cover at events
within Bath's Historic Buildings for a number of years. I have always been
hugely impressed by their professionalism and their attention to detail.
Without exception, all the staff Rob has provided for me over the years have
